Spec sheet
The wine
Ice wines are the great speciality of the Mosel River Valley, an area with slate soils on steeply sloping ground, which boasts the original ice wine.
The Eiswein is a wine with a unique character, which is vinified using grapes that have reached exceptional concentration after having been left to freeze on the actual vine at temperatures of -6º to -8º C.
NOTE: Its evolution predisposes it to almost limitless ageing in bottle, for 30 years at least.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 7ºC and 10ºC
