The wine
Bartolo Mascarello Barolo is a robust and expressive red, which expresses all the character of the terroir to which it belongs. It is characterized by an intense garnet red color. On the nose it expresses a beautiful tone of fruit, which is transferred to the palate in a pure, genuine, tough way, with a long sapid, citrus and mentholated persistence. Excellent tannic persistence and long and persistent finish. It is aged 32 months in oak barrels, thus acquiring extraordinary body and balance. Excellent paired with roasted or grilled meat, stewed red meat, game and aged cheeses.
