The wine
Bartolo Mascarello Barbera d 'Alba is a red of great power and expressiveness. In the glass it has an intense ruby color, with very elegant garnet reflections with aging. The nose gives off a broad and enveloping, vinous and typically varietal perfume. The taste is opulent, harmonious, round, full of character and slightly tannic. Excellent paired with first courses served with game ragout; to accompany roasts, poultry and cheeses.
