The wine
After a six-month stay in American oak barriques, it offers an intense ruby red color. The aroma, broad and persistent, recalls the fruits of the undergrowth. On the palate it is spicy, generous, rich and full-bodied. It calls for strong and tasty dishes such as roasts and game, red meats and hard cheeses.
