The wine
Barbi Orvieto Classico Secco is a fresh and delicate white. It has a pale straw yellow color. The nose has a fresh scent of white peach, Golden apple, broom and flavors of white pepper. Harmonious and well balanced sip, dry and fruity, with a light aftertaste of bitter almond. Excellent as an aperitif, it is well suited to light appetizers, first courses, crustaceans and fish.
