Baloiro Reserva

I love the restraint and balance of the 2018 Baloiro Selección En Viña, a red that matured in Stockinger oak foudres looking to respect the character of the grape. It's floral and perfumed, with moderate ripeness despite the 14.5% alcohol and with a nice texture and very fine tannins. Lovely. 17,000 bottles and 450 magnums produced. It was bottled in January 2020.
