The wine
The Farfalla Extrabrut Classic Method is an elegant expression of Pinot Noir produced in purity by the Ballabio winery. At sight it has a yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals hints of peach and fruit combined with more complex notes such as those of freshly baked bread and toasted almonds. The sip is creamy and elegant, long in persistence, fresh and savory in closing. Excellent as an aperitif and to accompany appetizers.
