The wine
Arthus d'Olivey lived at Château Olivier in the 16th century and gave it its name. He transformed the medieval building into a real fortress with 4 towers and moats. It was during his time that the first vines were planted (1515).
Nice nose of red fruits marked by cherry. Fairly supple structure, wine with good balance. Soft and silky tannins. Nice freshness on the finish.
