The wine
Argiolas S'Elegas is a pleasant and fragrant white. It is presented in the glass with a beautiful golden straw color crossed by luminous reflections. The nose gives sensations of citrus and yellow flowers combined with herbaceous, almost hay notes. In the mouth it is thick and balanced in its hard (acidity and flavor) and soft components. It goes well with seafood and land appetizers and seafood first courses. Exceptional with sea bass steaks in foil, but also with capon with potatoes and fresh tomatoes. It also goes well with soft cheeses.
