The wine
Xavier Vignon's Arcane l'Étoile comes from a multi-vintage blend of 2015, 2016, 2017, Grenache (70%), Syrah (20%) and Mourvèdre (10%).
This wine is expressed with delicacy and elegance. On the nose, its fruity aroma is reduced by notes of raspberries and red currants, giving way to fine touches of dried flowers and lavender. In the mouth, this fresh and elegant wine is expressed with balance.
Accompanying Bordeaux-style boletus mushrooms, a grilled duck breast with honey or even a brie with walnuts, will reveal its full tasting potential.
