The wine
Ángeles de Amaren came into being in honour of the mother of Juan Luís Cañas, the winery’s owner and manager.
Made from grapevines aged over 40 years old, this is a limited production wine which reflects the area’s particular essence.
Each variety has gone through production and been aged separately, in order to preserve the fruitiness of the Tempranillo and the spiciness of the Graciano.
Aged for 16 months in new French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels.
