The wine
The Valdobbiadene Brut Ai Boschi produced by Andreola has a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage; the nose reveals hints of spring flowers and gooseberries with touches of citrus. The sip is fresh, mineral and saline, intriguing and complex. Excellent balance. A multifaceted wine that goes well with white meats, cold cuts and cheeses.

Andreola
Passion for the vines and wine is the distinctive trait of this family winery founded in 1984 by Nazareno Pola and run today by his son, Stefano. The 40 hectares of vineyards owned by the winery are located in the denomination of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, where the Glera grape variety is grown almost exclusively, although with small amounts too of other varieties native to the area, such as the Verdiso, Perera and Bianchetta.
