The wine
Alter Alea is a white wine elaborated with whole cluster pressing and spontaneous fermentation with only indigenous yeasts in small concrete barrels, without the use of chemical additives and oenological adjuvants, with the exception of a modest amount of sulphites in the bottling phase. Refine for six months in steel and for two months in bottle. Alter Alea is of a beautiful light straw color. The nose expresses notes of acacia and resin, with a pungency of hawthorn. Fresh, delicate and subtle, it is agile and dynamic in the mouth.
