The wine
A classic from this Cordoba cellar with almost three centuries of tradition. A mature vintage wine with a powerful aroma, made from grapes that have dried to raisins in the sun and matured using the traditional criadera and solera system (casks in horizontal rows). It undergoes periodic extractions and fractional blending, followed by an ageing period of five years in American oak casks.
