The wine
This young Alicante wine is produced from old Monastrell grapevines which are characterised by their concentration and complexity. Despite this being a hot weather region influenced by the sea, harvests are late (at the end of October) and the alcohol content is not overly high (13º-14º).
This results in a meaty wine with great colour concentration and a fruit-laden aroma, combined with a very pleasant palate.
