The wine
Aged 6/8 months in bottle after being vinified in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for 14 days, it has an intense ruby red color and a spicy and fruity scent. The palate is rich, full and persistent. It goes well with dishes based on red meats, game, aged cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
