The wine
Made with grapes from vineyards between 15 and 30 years located in Fuentelisendo, province of Burgos, which give the wine some nuances of high quality fresh fruit. Aged for 5 months in 50% French and American oak barrels.
It has an intense red cardinal with violet edges. Very aromatic and elegant wine in the mouth. Balsamic, with spicy notes of oak, and intense fruity aromas of red fruits. A very balanced wine with soft tannins. Ideal with red meat, grilled lamb, rice and cheese.
