Despite having lower alcohol than the Maturana Blanca, the 2019 Ad Libitum Tempranillo Blanco feels riper, with notes of yellow fruit and lanolin, a bit waxy and with a soft palate, where the flavors of yellow plums are intermixed with beautiful chalky minerality.
