The wine
Rosé wine made from organic grapes of the syrah variety grown and harvested from the beginning with the desire to obtain from them the best fruit to make rosé wine. The grape is macerated cold so that it releases the color and the most subtle aromas and then it is gently pressed. The result is an elegant wine, with aromas of raspberries and violets, sweet entry in the mouth and lots of fresh fruit.
