The wine
Orbus is an organic wine made with the syrah variety that is made only in fresh vintages, when thermal jumps during the ripening period result in a more continental climate. During its winemaking it is sought to obtain the maximum color, tannin and aroma of the skins to ensure that the Orbus will withstand its long aging of 14 months in barrels and one year in the bottle. In the glass it is a cherry-colored wine with a high layer, with a nose of violets, ripe fruit and balsamic tones embracing the vanilla memories of the barrel. Voluminous, structured and noble, its passage by mouth is complex and of great route.
