The wine
From the encounter between the Greco Bianco (85%) and the Gaglioppo (15%) comes this white wine with a strongly territorial character. A few hours of maceration for the Greco and light pressing for the Gaglioppo, then spontaneous fermentation and aging in steel with rest on the lees for 8 months. The result is an intense expressive charge, sure adherence to the Mediterranean terroir and indisputable originality.
