Description
The new Laphroaig single malt whisky has arrived directly from Islay, the 'peat paradise'. As with all the whiskies from this distillery, it is characterized for its special flavour and smoky and peaty scent. It is a young lively Laphroaig which has matured more quickly by transferring it to small quarter casks after a first five years ageing in used Bourbon barrels. A single malt with a smooth sweetness and a velvety sensation which gives way to the intense smoky notes so representative of Laphroaig whiskies. An excellent whisky, and great value.
