Description
Caol Ila is the Gaelic name for the Sound of Islay (Isle Strait), on the west coast of Scotland. The Caol Ila Distillery was founded in 1846 by Hector Henderson. Ban Nam Lake distillery provides pure spring water.
Some stills very high and onion-shaped are responsible for providing this single malt character fino.Realiza light and aging in American oak barrels, reserved for a maximum of eighteen.
