Tai Rosso
Towards the Vicenza area, on the Berici Hills, there is a native red grape, which has literally been saved from the risk of extinction. The Tai Rosso. Once they called it Tocai Rosso, now they can't anymore. It is an extremely territorial grape, which gives all the freshness and acidity typical of an area that has been discovered as perfect even for some spumante. Bright ruby, with fragrant notes of raspberry, blackberry and cherry jam, Tai Rosso is excellent to be enjoyed young, also for its agile and perky structure.
