Nero Buono
South of Rome, between Velletri and Latina, there is one of the most unique wine regions in Italy: Cori. Unique because it is characterised by a native vine, which creates an inseparable combination with the territory: the Nero Buono. It is a red which is full, voluptuous, carnal, but also rustic, vigorous, with tannins that never dominate. It is the quintessence of the Italian native. It should be tried in the organic versions of Cincinnato, a cooperative that saved the Cori terroir and introduced it to the world.
