Ansonica
With grapes naturally endowed with elegant but strong aromas, Insolia is one of the most widespread varieties along the splendid Italian Tyrrhenian coasts. It is excellent in Tuscany, where it is called Ansonica, especially around the Argentario and on the Islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. Mellow, intriguing aromas of aromatic herbs, wild flowers and ripe white fruits are also found in the Sicilian version, Inzolia, which is often marine, iodised, saline. A real joy to drink, fragrant. And, always, with a velvety body, enveloping, caressing.
