Gin Xoriguer is a gin made in Menorca (Balearic Islands). It has the seal of Geographical Indication and presents a marked flavor to juniper. It is the result of the distillation, in the old copper stills, of high quality wine alcohol together with select juniper berries, coming from the mountains of the neighboring Mediterranean lands, and other aromatic herbs.

A taste of Summer!
Great, vibrant, distinctive botanicals. Close your eyes and imagine you’re in a quiet Cala overlooking the beach. If only it was possible to get the menorquín lemonade for a true pomada.

Fantastic gin
A very lovely gin - first tasted in Menorca. Excellent flavour, and very adaptable with many tonics, fruits etc.
Best enjoyed with sunshine.

Gin Xoriguer + limonata = ginet
Durante la Festa de San Joan, a Minorca e' tradizione bere il ginet, come lo chiamano a Cittadella, o la pomada, come e' nota nel resto dell'isola. Si tratta di un gin lemon granitato, molto dissetante. La ricetta prevede 1 parte di gin e 3 di limonata. Mescolate, mettete in freezer e, quando sta per solidificare, versatelo in bicchierini (da qui il diminutivo di ginet)
