The wine
This 100% Grand Cru, with Chardonnay grapes harvested from their Côte des Blancs vineyards in Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, is only produced in exceptional vintages. With a light dosage, followed by 4 years of maturation in chalk-hewn underground cellars, the result is a pure vintage exhibiting singular freshness and delicacy.

Established in 1892, this winery is situated in the small town of Mesnil sur Oger, lying in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Only grapes sourced from their own 15 hectares of vineyards are used in production, 2 of which are planted with Pinot Noir and the other 13 with Chardonnay.
