The wine
This Cuvée golden yellow color with green reflections, with a dynamic effervescence with a rich and creamy cord. The bouquet dominated by yellow fruits (nectarine) and slightly acidic by citrus fruits (candied lemon). then come the more ripe aging notes which bring the lovely patina of time: nuances of pastries, baked apple, tatin and lightly toasted cocoa bean. On the palate, its attack is full-bodied and juicy. The wine shows this nice refreshing sweetness typical of the champagne region: at the same time greedy, fresh, light and tender; and always the beautiful Freshness in the final.
