The wine
Raimon and Ferran have brought out for us a new product with all the sincerity and expertise that typifies them: Vall Dolina Gran Reserva, a Cava created in honour of the winery’s 25th anniversary, a model of elegance and finesse, this is a mature Cava with a subtle perfume of dried fruit and nuts and smoky touches, enveloping and fruity, which will do you proud on occasions of great celebrations.
Presented in a stylish bottle and with a label that is discrete but very tasteful and elegant as always, this is a versatile Cava ideal for accompanying substantial dishes right the way through a meal.
Matured in cellar, in contact with its lees for 48 months.
