The wine
A Cava from the Utiel-Requen region, where there is a continental climate with Mediterranean influences and the soils are limestone-clay, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes selected from low-yielding grapevines and fermented in new 400-litre capacity American oak barrels at a controlled temperature (16°).
NOTE: Due to the fact that minimal filtration has occurred, in order to appreciate to the full its high quality, some precipitation may occur.
Matured on its lees for at least 21 months. Disgorged by hand.
