A coupage of Xarel·lo, partially fermented in barrel, and Chardonnay, this Reserva Familiar from Sabaté i Coca is a first-class quality Cava, on a par with many Vintage Champagnes.

The Xarel·lo grapes are partially fermented in oak barrels. Cellar matured for a minimum of 36 months.
