The wine
A fine example of the intrinsic qualities of rosé Cava, this is dry, lively and smooth, a coupage of Pinot Noir (40%), Monastrell (40%) and Grenache (20%), cultivated in two small vineyards on the Cal Mota estate (Sant Sadurní d'Anoia - Torrelavit, Alt Penedès), grown in loam texture, naturally calcareous soil, and partially aged in oak barrels for two months.
A Brut Nature Rosé Cava, vivacious and complex, with a long-lasting sparkle.
Disgorging is carried out manually and without freezing the neck of the bottle. Matured for 33 months in bottle. (The date of disgorgement is given on the back label of each bottle.)

Recaredo
Recaredo is and has constantly been synonymous with quality, praised for its fine merits: profound, complex, silky, lively and elegant Cavas, with a lengthy lifetime ahead for the most sublime. These Cavas are made from grapes originating solely from their own vineyards, grown organically and bio-dynamically (both certified), without the addition of sugar (always Brut Nature) and with very long ageing in bottle (always Gran Reserva), using natural cork and with disgorgement...
