The wine
We have found a little bit of heaven in the world of Clàssic Penedès, as here it exhibits the delicacy of a Cava combined with the complexity of a Champagne, a total delight for the senses. Its particular coupage of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (in similar amounts) and, specifically the maceration with skins of the Pinot Noir must, endows it with an especially attractive shade of pink.
Matured for 4 years in bottle.

This is a small winery with a long family tradition in the production of wines and Cavas that dates back to the 18th Century, and where nowadays Josep Colet and Sergi Colet make top quality, low production Cavas which prove most interesting.
