The wine
Return to the origin, to the first variety with which sparkling wines were made in Catalonia: la monastrell. Grape harvested by hand at the optimum point of maturation allows obtaining a base wine that ages with nobility. A slight film maceration allows the slight pink color and the aromas of red fruits. The upbringing is felt in the pastry notes that a very well integrated bubble transports to a delicate aftertaste.
